研究方向:

  利用结构生物学手段研究生物大分子的三维结构与功能关系。目前主要的研究对象分为三个方面:

  1. 神经营养因子及受体,以及其他细胞表面受体的结构研究,揭示其行使生物学功能的分子机制;

  2. DNA损伤响应网络相关的关键蛋白及蛋白复合物的结构与功能的研究,探讨这些蛋白的分子机理;

  3. 重要的生物活性小分子的合成代谢相关酶的结构功能研究。
